(AMO), sob o comando do chef do Vik Retreat Chile, Pablo C\u00e1ceres, participaram da nova edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Food Lab, promovida pela vin\u00edcola chilena VIK com o objetivo de descobrir e apoiar novos talentos da gastronomia na Am\u00e9rica Latina. \u00c9 a primeira vez que estudantes brasileiros fazem parte deste evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Troca de conhecimentos, interc\u00e2mbio cultural, pr\u00eamios para apoiar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos participantes em restaurantes de n\u00edvel internacional, foco do Food Lab, motivaram, no campus Mooca, universit\u00e1rios do segundo ao sexto semestre apresentarem pratos autorais respeitando os itens solicitados no regulamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped iniciativa tem como objetivo, segundo C\u00e1ceres, tornar-se uma plataforma latino-americana de desenvolvimento para jovens talentos da gastronomia. Ao longo de 2025, os selecionados seguir\u00e3o para a semifinal do VIK Food Lab, que acontece em julho, no Vik Retreat Chile. Os vencedores desta etapa ir\u00e3o para a final em agosto de 2025, na vin\u00edcola chilena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais sobre Pablo C\u00e1ceres<\/strong><br>Chef-executivo do Vik Chile, aplica o conceito farm-to-table, usando mais de 200 ingredientes colhidos diariamente nos jardins do hotel. Desde 2016 no Vik, comanda a cozinha dos restaurantes Milla Milla e Pavilion.
